I believe the most powerful hotels don't just offer a place to stay. They offer a world to inhabit. One with a point of view, a sense of place, a reason to exist that guests feel before they can name it.

That's what I build. Not just creative, but the strategic foundation underneath it. The thinking that shapes how a brand is conceived, how it lives across every touchpoint, and how it holds together over time. Brand and environment and service and storytelling, not as separate workstreams but as one continuous idea.

I've spent over a decade doing this work inside luxury hospitality. Getting into the earliest conversations. Asking what this place should mean, who it's really for, and what it needs to feel like to be true to that. Then building the systems, the teams, and the creative vision to make it real.

The details matter deeply to me. But only because they serve something larger. When a brand is built with that kind of intention, guests don't just visit. They remember. They return. They tell people.

I am based in Chicago.
